  • Winding Earth Studio provides all products and services, including this site, “as is” and repudiates any implied guarantee of accuracy and/or general completeness. We shall assume no liability for any product characteristics and/or imperfections resulting in abbreviated product longevity or personal injury, as well as any errors or omissions on this site. You agree to absolve us of responsibility against any/all losses, expenses, and damages, resulting from the use of this site and any products therein contained. Unless otherwise specified, no duration of warranty is inherently implied upon purchase of any product.

  • Price: Product prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. You are repsonsible to pay any/all sales taxes, wherever deemed applicable, in which case they will be added to the overall cost at checkout. You are also responsible for all delivery and handling charges, which are not included in the product prices, but rather applied at checkout.

    Order Cancellation & Changes: Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed without our written consent.

    Payment: Full payment will be collected upon completion of the checkout process.

    Shipping & Delivery: Products will ship to the specific destination provided within the order. All shipping dates are approximate and we are not liable for any loss or damages resulting from mis/handling by shipping vendors.

  • Given the inherent danger posed by shipment of broken ceramics, unless specifically coordinated via you and The Company prior, we do not advise, nor will we accept product returns. Rather, we intend, on a case-by-case basis, to review and potentially approve refund against any product that is damaged or defective upon receipt, provided you contact us within one week of receiving the defective product. Damage or defect must solely be the result of the shipment process itself and not a failure by you to handle the product with sufficient care. If you fail to notify us within this one week period, you forfeit any opportunity for refund.
